The development proposal has evolved from design principles that seek to create high quality, attractive and sustainable homes that responds to and complements the character of the surrounding area.

The client’s brief was to extend and remodel the house through a loft conversion and a two storey side extension.

In our response, additionally to the extensions we proposed fairly substantial changes to the layout whilst the completed works included the complete refurbishment of the house including the landscape design.
